Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs #EYE is a cross-border exchange programme that aims to promote international exchanges between aspiring entrepreneurs and experienced entrepreneurs, offering opportunities to acquire the skills needed to run a new business on the one hand, and to reconsider business in a new perspective on the other hand.

CIHEAM Bari, one of the partners in the project along with ALMACUBE, will facilitate the enrolment in the programme by identifying NE (new entrepreneurs) and HE (host entrepreneurs) and supporting aspiring participants throughout the exchange, starting from the time they fill in the application form.
The partnership includes organizations from Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
The "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs" programme is funded by the European Commission and is run across the participant countries through the collaboration with local contact points, active in the field of business support.
The programme offers the possibility to stay in the selected destination for a minimum period of one month, up to 6 months, allowing the participants to develop their skills side by side with successful local entrepreneurs and to broaden their background knowledge and professional network thanks to a unique experience.
The target countries are 36 in Europe, in addition to Canada (Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia), South Korea, Israel, Singapore, Taiwan, USA (NY and California). For non-EU countries the exchange period is 1-3 months.
Requirements to complete the application include:
- Application form (motivations, goals, prospects)
- Updated and detailed CV in English
- Business Plan (preferably in Italian)
- Good knowledge of English.
